Do you go to fortune teller to know what is in your future?
I believe that the best way to predict your future is to create it yourself. Agree or disagree ? all the feedback are awesome, I can read people too, it drains my energy because of their negativeness,so I don't do it anymore. Psychic read what is in your subconsious that you created. Thanks to all of you.

- I was but a week away from my big wedding day when someone talked me into seeing a fortune teller. She said she saw great sorrow for me in the very near future, with much crying and sadness. I thought how wrong she was, I'm to be married in a week. My boyfriend and I got into a big arguement over something stupid, we called the wedding off and eventually broke up a day later. I will NEVER see a fortune teller again. Like you, I want to create my own future. Thanks for the question.
- I agree. We work towards what we want.
- 100% agree with you on that one! Fortune cookies, horoscopes, and fortune tellers are just for entertainment and are predictions. theyre most likely not going to happen to you anyway. So because of this, I agree with you--you have to create your own future!
- be the master of your own future grasshopper...it's yours. i predict fortune tellers will be out of business by the time the world ends anyway..lol
- try my ms. fortune Cookie.
- nope. you have choices and life decisions to make, in many ways you have control of your life and your future in many ways, not all ways tho. yes, create it yourself
- To Isis: It's not the psychic who creates the future-They only read the energy that you are creating for the path you are already on. Any problems that emerge-never come out of nowhere. That small arguement you think erupted from nothing probably came from some event or situation already embeded in the energies. A psychic merely states where you are headed, but you are free to change your path at any moment-That is the job of a real psychic-to guide us into thinking of ways to deal with our problems. If the psychic never told Isis ways to deal with the sadness or or ways to overcome the obstacles ahead, then she wasn't doing her job well enough. It's sometimes "meant to be" what occures, but psychics still need to guide us into knowing why something happens, what we can do to cope an ddeal with it, and maybe why it is happening. Isis, you say you would rather take control of life, but you seem to blame the psychic for what happened-as you say, you'll never see one again-Does knowing what will happen not give someone more power to change their path ? If someone tells a drug addict they are on the wrong path, and they choose to acknoledge the persons statement do they not hav ethe chance to change and get help apposed to being naive to their problems? To answer this question, simply-Yes I believe in what i do-Spiritual Mediumship (psychic) It is always helpful to get someones views on where our life is headed-whether from a psychic, or a psychologist-if we have problems anyone who understands cause and affect will be of benifit to helping "guide" not create-a good future. Just remember that psychics rean't the only ones who predict-psychology does, behavioural psychology does also, so do criminal investigators...It is helpful..
- Well i've been to a few and a fortune teller does not create your future, they only forsee what will be. It's up to you to belive it or not. Also, a fortune teller can also tell you many things about your past and present. How do you explain when a fortune teller tells you details of your life no one but you knows? To believe or not to believe?
- my friend hired a "psychic" for a birthday the other weekend. The girl was anything BUT. She got me COMPLETELY wrong I seriously sat there and laughed for about 3 minutes. She didnt know how to read cards either...But at least it was entertaining. I do believe we have certain paths that are set out for us, but it is up to us to pick which way we want to go.
- Some of it is meant to be, but most of it is people subconsciously shaping the future to fit the prophesy. I like to tell people they have happiness in their future... it makes them look at any little thing that could make them happy.
- Going to a fortune teller to find out your fortune is a total waste of money. They can't tell you anything because they don't know. The only thing they're good for is amusement. You create your own future.
- No. As you do, I believe we create our own futures. The reason why some fortune tellers get their predictions right is because some of us believe in their predictions so much that it drives us unconciously towards that future. So in my view going to a fortune teller means that you are letting someone else than yourself in charge of your own future. Like Isis (this is pure speculation...) propably was on the edge ever since having her fortune told, worrying what that sorrow would be. If she at any point thought before her wedding that that sorrow was to do with her marriage she would have stressed on it eventually causing her new husband to get anxious and then leading the couple to an argument. Trying to salvage that marriage when it broke up would seem pointless as this future was predicted. TO ISIS: If you love your man, go back to him without any expectations on the future. The fortune teller did not tell you what happens after the sorrow. I wish you the best of luck.
