In yahoo horoscopes, why are the signs grouped into 3's? Like taurus, virgo, and capricorn are in one group that's green. What does that mean?

1. The zodiac is divided into four groups of elements, each containing three similar signs. Earth- Virgo, Capricorn, Taurus Air- Libra, Gemini, Aquarius Water- Scorpio, Cancer, Pisces Fire- Aries, Leo, Sagittarius Astrology states that people with zodiac signs of the same element are more likely to be compatible in love, friendship and business (of course, don't let that stop you from making friends with someone outside your element group!!).
