How do sites (such as Yahoo!) get their information about horoscopes?

How do they figure out the details? For instance mine today was: You have strong confidence in all your ideas today, so take the bull by the horns. Do people read the locations of stars and planets and that means certain things or what?? I have always wondered this. Thanks!
