Mary Baker Eddy; 'Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures'?
Have you read this book? What do you think? And is it JUST about physical healing or does it include moral and spiritual healing too? Is there anywhere I can pick up a free copy?

- It's an excellent book and is about much more than physical healing. Anyone interested in metaphysics would definitely like the book. As for free copies, I don't know, but you can go to a Christian Science Reading Room and read it. I'd also recommend In Tune with the Infinite and the Science of Mind. Also books by John Randolph Price. They all deal with metaphysics.
- RUBBISH The devil'll do anything to turn people away from God with silly reasonings and books- whata waste of time! "Physical healing..." Its all in the Bible for goodness sake so what we need a science book for to back the Bible up???
- they have their reading rooms all over the place...you can read it there...i dont know about checking out... if you're there for *spiritual* and moral healing...i can dig it..but you have actual health probs...try another faith system..theyre against modern medicine..
- I was raised in the Christian Science church and have read that book cover to cover. I did not receive the healing I was seeking from epilepsy until 15 years after I left Christian Science. The truth is in the Holy Bible not Mary Baker Eddy's teachings. God has completely delivered me from epilepsy, and I have been seizure free for ten years now.
- Any Christian Science Reading Room will have copies for sale. Any Christian Science Church will have people able to help you understand THEIR concept of how it works. If you do decide to study it, however, please be aware of the following. In their zeal to promote the concept of Jesus the Great Physician they have a lamentable tendency to forget everything else about Him, in effect limiting Him. Limiting God is never a wise idea. So by all means, satisfy your curiousity, but do NOT fall into their failings. Take the part of the truth they hold and keep adding to it as I did. If you're thorough, if you're determined and if you're not prejudiced, you'll likely end up where I did - in Holy Mother Church, a Catholic and home at last.
