Mystical Angels

Theists, why do you believe in someone too mystical to comprehend?

God is beyond what we can comprehend, what we can imagine, what our puny brains can logically understand. He is mystical, mysterious and He works in mysterious ways. That is what theists say time and again. If God is a divine being too mystical for human beings to comprehend, why believe in Him in the first place? Is to just to make sense of the mysteries of life and this universe, which is also too mystical for us now to comprehend? Thanks for the answers.

  1. God is the way a person lives his/her life with love There is no god external to life
  2. We can comprehend the love, mercy, compassion of God. We can be thankful for these gifts freely given to each of us by God. These gifts are the bridge by which we understand the Mind of God.
  3. I don't understand molecular orbital theory either. But that doesn't mean that I'm going to dismiss it.
  4. What about Him is too difficult to comprehend?
  5. God is not too 'mystical' to understand. We can all understand love and that is what God is. We will never fully comprehend God's knowledge and wisdom, same as men and women wil never fully understand or know everything about each other. But that does not mean we cannot have a relationship with each other.
  6. I'm gonna go with IT'S JUST AN EXCUSE. That's always the argument when they are asked for proof.
  7. I just believe in Him and trust that the rest all falls in to place. Don't need to comprehend to believe.
  8. Life is a mystery that forces me to believe in God . I don't have to comprehend God to believe in Him . My mind can't comprehend so many things then why not God be included too ?
