Ideas for a homemade gift for boyfriend?

I like to make little random gifts for my boyfriend. One time I made him one of those paper fortune teller things but I used numbers and colors that were personal to us and instead of fortunes I wrote things about him that I love and some of my favorite memories with him. I'd like to do something kind of similar to that. Any help would be fantastic. Thanks!
