Help with Yugioh Counter Fairies.?

Hi, I'm currently in the process of creating a Counter Fairy deck and was hoping to get a little feedback on it thus far. Tribute Monsters: Van’Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord: 3 Voltanis the Adjudicator: 1 Monsters: Honest: 3 Bountiful Artemis: 3 Thunder King Rai-Oh: 3 Meltiel, Sage of the Sky: 2 Harvest Angel of Wisdom: 2 Marshmallon: 1 Spells: Shrink: 1 Lightning Vortex: 1 Brain Control: 1 Mystical Space Typhoon: 1 Monster Reborn: 1 Traps: Solemn Judgment: 3 Dark Bribe: 3 Divine Wrath: 3 Bottomless Trap Hole: 2 Dimensional Prison: 2 Magic Drain: 2 Drastic Drop Off: 1 Mirror Force: 1 Extra Deck: Stardust Dragon: 1 Avenging Knight Parshath: 1 Side Deck: Athena: 2 Trap Eater: 2 Valhalla Hall of the Fallen: 2 Beckoning Light: 2 Pulling the Rug: 2 Sangan: 1 Hecatrice: 1 Royal Oppression: 1 Giant Trunade: 1 Negate Attack: 1 There are quite a few things that I know can be switched around, rebalanced, or removed, but I would appreciate any help with this deck. If you have any ideas whatsoever, I would appreciate your input.
