what is the best way to learn how to read tarot cards?

1. Study their meaning. get a deck and some books. But remember nothing is cast in stone.
2. Most Tarot Card decks come with a book or instruction sheet...you'll have to practice ALOT with the book/instructions just to get used to the layout and to memorize the card readings. Stardust

4. I always learned by booklets. Most decks come with one, otherwise there are books and websites with the meanings (I think books are easier because you can take them with you.) Everyone learns differently of course, and I've heard of some people who learn better by having a one-on-one card tutor. So really it probably depends on what kind of learning method you tend to favor.
