Does anyone no of a good on-line fortune teller that is free and is not a fake and is usually right ?

There all fake... and if one was real wouldn't they always be right?
If it's free, and/or online, it isn't real.
Depends what you are looking for. Online fortune telling is often a randomizer script with some pre-made "draws". If you're looking for a real person to tell your fortune... try in person (many people advertise trough personal adds or craigslist) or trough occult/spirituality forums (I know I attempt some cards draw when really bored.. I must not be the only one). However, from personal experience, anything online tends to be "off" due to the very mediums (the reasons for which fall outside the scope of your question).
It is not possible to predict future.All they do is guesswork.They present it in nebulous terms. Even if school children are asked to predict an event,at times they ll be right.fortune tellers are no better.
