Do I need to re-arrange my tarot cards serially each time I attend a question before shuffling?
I started practicing tarot card reading very recently. I had this question in mind for so long. If I have to arrange my tarot cards serially starting from fool to king of pentacles it takes hell lot of time. Do I need to arrange it serially each time I attend a question of the querent? Please help.

- This depends on the person but there is another factor that modifies everything and that's your connection to your deck. I would suggest creating your own deck or selecting a deck from a group of choices. This is because Tarot Decks are extremely personal and if you hope for the best results a connection helps. You can normally sense what kind of deck would be best for you by placing your hand over the deck and feel a balance (push and pull not just one). Since your connection with your deck isn't strong yet, I would suggest simply investigating the deck in whole. By this I mean take the time to look at each card, some you may get a sense of what they mean to you. All cards have basic meanings but can be interpreted differently for each reader, to a tangent. That said if after all this you should get a sense as to how you should treat your deck. A deck should reflect the readers heart.
- Absolutely not. Just keep shuffling your cards. I never change the position of any card in my deck. Spirit will guide both you and the cards. The correct card will come up as needed. If you are moving the position of a card, you are changing the possible reading.
- Hello No, of course you don't - unless you wish to that is. Sadhara
- I take each card from the spread just finished and slip each one into a different place in the deck. That separates the particular set of cards that were used in the reading, and both literally and metaphorically breaks the energy of the question just asked and clears the deck for the next one. I also shuffle them after this. Seems to work well for me! You'd have to have a LOT of patience to sequence the cards every time.
