- were all scam artist in this game of life
- Hey, they gotta make a living too.
- just because you have a gift, doesn't mean that you use it wisely
- Think of it as a sort of Pagan "Tithe".... nah, most pagans aren't con artists.
- It's pretty easy to make a tarot reading sound right on. they can be vauge and when they are talking, they "read" your facial features and see if they are going in the right direction or not and move the reading in the right direction if they arent. Then if they think they have you convinced..then they go for the extra.
- Because the whole setup is about getting more money out of you. 'Psychics' are very good at guessing things about people. You give away more about yourself in the way you say hello than you would realize. Save your money, you aren't cursed.
- it's all fake
- Because dumb people deserve to have their money taken from them.
- I can read your past, present, and future using a regular deck of cards. Call me. I'll beat any competitor's price.
- News Flash: There is no such thing as a psychic..they're all fakes. What they are good at is not reading cards, they are good at reading you. They trick you into revealing information about yourself through seemingly innocent questions and they are very good at reading body language. Long before they hit you up for more money, they have determined that you are gullible enough to believe their load of nonsense. They know you will actually believe in such things as curses and be willing to pay to get rid of one. I know this answer will bring on a barrage of TDs but come on people, its the 21st century and you need to get a grip on reality.
- Because sadly there are more scam artists than the real thing. I do tarot readings and never once have I ever promised the removal of a curse or offered a spell for a client and demanded more money. I'm sorry if you got someone who did that. Not all of us are like that, but stay away from the ones who are.
- Romans 1:25 "They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator--who is forever praised. Amen." But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 2 Corinthians 4:3-4
- I don't think that they should really be doing this. A price should be agreed at the start of the reading and they certainly should not be talking about curses! Sadly I think that you may have come across some really bad readers and if that is the way they operate then they should be banned.
