6. Well to us Christian we believe that spiritual healing only come through Jesus. By believing in Jesus and accepting that He paid for my sins to cleanse me from ALL unrighteousness. Mainly confessing your sins to the One who can forgive sins which is God. "If we CONFESS our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and purify us from ALL unrighteousness." 1 John 9
