1. Yes Tarot.com It has not only tarot readings in a wide variety of card decks it also has Numerology, I Ching and Astrology pages. it is very good and I recommend it from personal experience.

3. you cant do thta on line yo have to imprint your energies to the cards so it has to be personal.
4. There's no such thing as a free lunch! It's like anything in life you get what you pay for! So if you don't pay for a reading it will be less than useless. If a site offers a free reading it will be merely computer generated and not all personalised which I presume is what you really want. So it will have no real meaning. Tarot is not meant to be used in this way. It is not for the curious. It is a psychic tool meant to be used in a serious way.
