Darkrai - Timid: -Nasty Plot -Dark Pulse -Dark Void -Ice Beam I generally find this Darkrai set to be more effective, since Darkrai's ability does sleep damage anyway Noctowl - Calm: -Psychic -Roost -Night Sahde -Whirlwind/Hypnosis Noctowl is a very sturdy Pokemon, and Roost will let it stay in the game longer. Psychic and Night Shade give good coverage and take a decent chip out of most Pokemon, and Whirlwind can send back Pokemon you don't want to face or Hypnosis can provide Darkrai support. Clefable - Modest: -Thunderbolt -Ice Beam -Flamethrower -Grass Knot Special sweepers, covers most Pokemon with these attacks, can swap for Shadow Ball or Psychic if you want Ghost coverge. Shaymin - Modest: -Seed Flare -Air Slash -Earth Power -Hidden Power Fire Makes the most out of Shaymin's quite limited movepool. Starmie - Timid: -Surf -Thunderbolt/Psychic -Recover -Rapid Spin Champion Rapid Spinner, Recover so he stays in, can swap Thunderbolt for Psychic if you want extra STAB Arcanine - Timid: -Flamethrower/ Fire Blast -Dragon Pulse -Extremespeed -Hidden Power Grass Takes advantage of Arcanine's often ignored special attack, choose Fire Blast over Flamethrower if you want more power.
