How can I make a good Gypsy fortune teller costume?

I'm going to a party and I'm gonna be a gypsy fortune teller. I want my costume to be original in a way so I decided to make it myself but need some ideas. BTW: I'm 15

1. alot of different rnadom fabrics with designs, maybe a headband across your forhead and ig hoops tie a scarf or something around you waist. dont forget random colors of eyeliner!
