Where can I buy tarot cards?

somebody told me you could buy a ouija board at toys r us.. could you also buy tarot cards?

1. If you know the deck you want to buy I'd recommend using Amazon as you will get the best price. If you don't know the deck you want you may want to visit www.aeclectic.net which has an extensive library of tarot deck reviews to get you started.
2. You may find tarot card decks at some book stores. Here in the Pacific NorthWest, tarot cards can be found at Borders Books and also on-line at Amazon.com. You can also find some on ebay.com and craigs list. I hope you find what you seek and peace in your heart. Blessings
3. i doubt you can buy them at toys r us. you're best bet is a magic shop (wiccan bookstore)
4. I think they're banned but I'm not sure. I recommend you not to purchase one as it is diabolical.

6. I got mine at Borders. The have a whole catalog to choose from. I got the Vampire Tarot because I loved the pictures. First rule of thumb, love the deck. You need to feel like you have a affinity to that deck. Next, live with the deck for a while before you use them. The true tarot reader sleeps with the deck. This is so the deck becomes yours, and you become part of the deck. Also, don't let anyone else touch them until you have built up a relationship with them. They will leave traces of their energy on them. You want to make sure the deck is filled with your energy first. Keep your deck in a special bag, just them. This keeps the energy pure. A deck of tarot cards can not in itself be demonic. They are only a deck of cards. They will only be evil if the person using them is evil. Last piece of advise, don't get the ouiji board, they are bad news. There is no way to control who or what (read:demons) comes through. Leave them be.
7. Wherever you decide to buy, you need to physically touch the cards, look through them, concentrate on how you feel when you handle each deck. My first deck was an Aleister Crowley deck... but my readings seemed only to reveal bad truths. I was advised to put them away, and they disappeared.
8. I always use either amazon or tower sites. I compare prices between the two with the deck I want.
