I went to go see a fortune teller, what did I do wrong?

I don't know where to post this Today I accompanied my mother to her hair stylist appointment, and noticed that across the street was a fortune teller/physhic reading place. I was bored and curious to know what they where all about it, and interested to see what my reading holds (I've never been to a fortune teller before). Well long-story short, I crossed the street, went to the door of the place (it said open, and cars where parked there). The door knob was closed, so I rang the bell that was there. And then I heard like this hard angry yell, and stomping, suddenly the door opened and this lady asked me if I wanted a physhic reading I said yes (but I also wanted to know prices) Before I could say anything else she said very angrily to come another day that there are no readings today and literally slammed the door right on my face. Did I interrupt one of her readings or something? I was to shocked to do anything (i.e. call her a b****), and scared she looked like a gypsie and I don't want to be cursed. Is this normal from them? Yea it's all fake, but I was bored and curious. She didn't even ask for my money, I wonder if it's a cover to sell drugs. lmao The house was on an intersection, like brand new type of office/house building, looks like a fancy real-estate office. And there where about 3 cars parked there and the sign said open. Also I had about $18 in my wallet and a credit card, unless she doesnt take plastic.

  1. you went wrong by going to a fortune teller!!! those ppl can't tell the future, its all fake!
  2. Well, it was just God telling you to not go there. Say a Hail Mary and ask for Gods protection.
  3. LOL maybe she really knows mind-reading and heard you hinting that you don't have any money? Hahaha just my two cents.
  4. It might be normal. Maybe, you look not so interested at all for her doing a reading.
  5. something sounds wrong here don't go back and you can't be cursed
  6. Your mistake was in trusting someone in a humble tiny house to know the key to the future for a few bucks. They obviously know nothing or they wouldn't be poor and desperate. Sorry but it's true.
  7. Wow!...what a crab a...s...s!...I would've said screw u then u crazy old bag!...She probably was a fake anyway! That kind of behavior is not normal.
  8. It's possible she only does readings by appointment. I have a fortune teller locally who does that -- even though she has a big sign out front advertising her specials and owns a shop, if you drop by all she does is give you a card and tell you to call for an appointment. Also it could just be she was having a bad day and not in any mood to deal with clients. Particularly if she was genuine (that is, one who is not just intentionally trying to scam you) being distracted or in a bad mood might detract from her reading abilities.
