How to play Mystical Ninja: Starring Goemon N64, today?

I seem to be having a good bit of trouble acquiring all i need to have a working emulator and game combo. Can anybody tell me where to find a good N64 emulator, and the game "Mystical Ninja: Starring Goemon"?

1. Get project 64, perfectly working emulator, as for ROMS, working ones can be hard to find sometimes... All you can do is download one, try it, see if it works, and if not, find another one.
