Why do some people have more spiritual mystical experiences than others?

why do some people have spiritual experiences more often? why do these experiences happen to people who dont know what they are or dont even practice it? and why do others dont experience anything at all? or are these just psychic abilities that every human posess? is it that some people are more strong on there spiritual side, or on some people the spiritual side is trying to come out? which one is it?

1. I think some people are more strong on their spiritual side, and your experiences probably have something to do with where you live, like if you live somewhere with a lot of history, then it's more likely you will have paranormal experiences.
