1. The practice of chiromancy is generally regarded as a pseudoscience. There are many ― often conflicting ― interpretations of various lines and palmar features across various "schools" of palmistry.
2. Because the lines on your forehead are made by you creasing your forehead and the ones on your hand have been there since you were born.
3. I do not know the technical name for it, but one can read the lines of a persons forehead. There is also a way to read/divine a persons laugh as well as a persons eyes. Just about anything can be 'read'- it is knowing how or find a source that teaches that might be hard to do.
4. I can't read the lines on my forehead because I don't know how to do it, and my eyes don't stretch out of my head to see. My fiance is also constantly in the bathroom (he eats too much Mexican food), so I can't use the mirror. So much for that.
