What materials can I use for a protection circle when i am using Tarot cards?

Hi. I am a beginner in using tarot cards and I am wondering what materials I can use when doing a protection circle. Thank you!

1. You don't need any materials. Just say this prayer " Dear Heavenly Father, I ask for the protection of your great white light around my physical body and mental arena. I ask that only that which is of the highest and best come through to me. I now open the door to my psychic power." Then when you are done, close the psychic door.
2. You don't need any kind of protection circle or protection anything when using Tarot cards, and those that claim you do know absolutely nothing about the cards!!!
