Yoga Retreats/Teacher Training...?

Hi there, I would like to go to a place where I can stay for several months and do yoga/meditate/learn healing etc. I don't care where in the world it is but it MUST be Inexpensive and Authentic. Nothing commercialized. I am looking for a spiritual hideaway, of sorts, to heal and grow. Thanks for any input...

1. http://pauliezink.com/ This one isn't a retreat or anything, but this is probably the best form of yoga you could ever find and he offers teacher/student classes. http://www.littlenineheaven.com/schools.html He occasionally puts together expense payed retreats, though I've never done the math, they look pricey. You can check those sites out if nothing else.
