Why is Horoscopes in the Entertainment section?

...on yahoo. Why is this category not in the Religion and Spirituality category? Does this mean that Horoscopes are not real and only meant to be Entertainment?

1. Uhh YEAH. Horoscopes are pure entertainment. Sometimes they can be dead on and sometimes totally off. It's just something fun to look at and not to be taken too seriously. :)
2. Horoscopes are only entertainment. They are not scientific. They are pretty much nonsense.
3. It would be better in the Religion & Spirituality section but I guess they consider this more amusing than true.
4. Its disrespected as only a form on entertainment rather than treated as a valid form of spiritual expression like theistic religions.
5. Horoscopes are for entertainment and are not to be used as a guide for life. Most horoscopes are truly not "real". R and S would be inappropriate because Horoscopes is not a religion nor in any way spiritual. People who like real astrology, as opposed to just horoscopes, have no real "home" here at YA, so they come here. Astrology is a much more complex and indefinable specialty than the standard horoscopes in the news paper. Astrology would probably be best placed in Social Sciences...
6. Have you seen some of the Q&A in horoscopes section? They are in this section because the people who frequent this section don't take it seriously.
7. Maybe it should have been in Religion and Spiritual section. What about Hermetic Astrology ? It does take a religious spiritual approach to astrology. Aries
