do you need an I Ching Tarot deck to use the I ching?

I have two different books about the I Ching(one "I Ching of the Goddess", one just on the "I Ching"). I haven't read any mention of any cards in the second book but then I haven't read much into either of them. I saw a couple of I ching Tarot decks for sale at the book store I work at and was wondering If it's necessary to have an I Ching Tarot deck in order to use the I Ching or is having the book enough?

1. oh hai, everybody knows that chinese people always carry around tarot cards with their i ching and pet elephants.
2. no ... two very different things the I ching is thousands of years old and is a means of divination in its own rights the I ching tarot are just a set of cards made centered around the I ching itself
3. No just coins or yarrow sticks. yes just the book is good enough it tells you how to toss the coins which is easier. Soemtimes its nice to get some of those nice chinese coins with the square hole in the middle to use but anything does as well as long as its the same denomination. the i ching tarot is only another tarot deck
