Mystical Angels

Can you name a powerful and mystical set of Arabic symbols found on our money, stamps, books and scoreboards?

I heard a radio talk show host talking about a stamp that was going to have a short quote from the Quran in Arabic on it. He kept railing on about not wanting that "Islamofascist" writing on an American stamp.
