Is it bad to recieve used tarot cards as a gift?

I bought tarot cards for a friend. She used it for awhile then gave it to me as a gift for me to use, and we both used it for a while, but i belived it gave me some bad luck when she gave it to me. and im trying to search online how to properly dispose of it but im not really sure how. Dont ask why i did it. or bought it. I have no experience in it and i already know i dont want to mess with it I just want to know how to properly get rid of it. Just answer the question for me please and please be honest. Thanks

3. Well, insofar as it is never great to get a second-hand present, unless they constitute a valuable antique. Tarot cards can't give you "luck", either good or bad. They are just cards.
4. If your municipality allows you to burn paper garbage, burn them!

Now your next step is to destroy them so that you wouldn't have the temptation to use them again. It is no wonder that you wanted to experiment with it to see if what they say about them is true or not. They are NO GOOD and they won't tell you anything except that they condition your mind and if someone tells you that something is going to happen you start thinking of it and effect your behavior because you keep thinking of what is supposed to happen. Come on, wake up and be more mature. The future is only for God to know. You will live more happily if you do not know anything about the future but live happily day by day and trust in God alone. I honestly am glad that you are aware of it, forget about the past and live TODAY from now on. Also do not try any other occult means to think that it would be of any help to you. Read instead the Bible, especially the Gospels and you will find all the answers you want through Jesus, our Lord. Good luck and may you have peace. 9. They're just playing cards; they can't give you bad look. They were originally intended for playing games rather than fortune-telling, which came several hundred years later. If there's anything supernatural, it's not inherent to the cards themselves. If you want to get rid of them just dispose of them the same way you would any other playing cards (bin, recycle, give to charity shop ect.)
10. I don't believe it is bad but you should clear them of other people's energy before using them. Some Tarot readers do this after every Tarot reading. This can be done by a prayer and/or smudging and/or storing them with a quartz crystal. Just google clean Tarot cards and you will find plenty articles on the subject. If you don't want them, give them to a charity shop I'm sure someone will want them.
