what is the best way to unsubscribe to everything ivillage offered?

ivillage has been sending emails to me about horoscopes, love readings, etc. etc. but i have decided they are not good enough for me so i would just like these to stop by withdrawing my subscription to all i have subscribed to. please help and thanks.

1. they did that to me too scroll down to the bottom of the email there should be an unsubscribe link click on it either type in your address, or click ok hope that helps
