How do psychics record their message?

I have been teaching myself how to receive messages from Archangel Michael, Raphael, Hilarion and a few others. Where do proffesional psychics record their messages? I don't want to save it on computer Should I write it down, use an electric typewriter? or voice recorder? or both? (skeptics need not answer)

2. Whatever you like. If you can ficus and type then do so. If you find it easier to record their voices as they come from you, then do that.
3. Their nurses in the mental institute do it for them
4. This feels like a journaling opportunity. I would go with something masculine but beautiful. A dark brown leather journal with gold edging and I would use a black pen. I would LOVE to know if you have success! The angel Raphael especially.
5. . Same way that any recent or historical psychic, philosopher, scientist, teacher, etc. recorded their messages . . . they either wrote the info. themself or they had scribe / secretary write the info. as the words are spoken. Many write "automatically" while the messages are being received. Or, after the messages received the info. is written immediately after the experience (while they're still in the "haze" of the experience). How will you record messages you receive?
