If you are Asian, would horoscopes be accurate for you and would the Chinese Zodiac be accurate for Westerners?

Just curious... I'm Asian and I reckon horoscopes are more accurate as they are based on months whereas the Chinese Zodiac is based on whole years.

2. What if you're Asian and not Chinese, but Japanese or Korean? I'm pretty sure Western astrology is more accurate, if anything. Everyone born in the same year isn't going to be the same.
