- I'd start with the Growlithe first, then evolve it to Arcanine.
- I don't think they will get a full reading. It's like baking a cake and only using half of the ingredients, it won't taste good and it won't hold together. You need all of the ingredients to make a good cake. hence you need to use all of the Tarot deck to get a full reading. Just my opinion.
- It means you are not taking advantage of all the complexity of the Tarot, but there is no right or wrong way to use the cards. You need to work on what makes sense to you. However, I do recommend you get to know the minor arcana, or at least the court cards, because you will greatly multiply the effectiveness of your readings.
- Yes it's fine. In fact, many people use only the trumps when reading about something of a spiritual nature. Edit: Here's a link to an interesting essay by Christine-Payne Towler. She discusses the significance of the minor arcana and how they may have at some point stood alone as a deck. Interesting because, I've done and had readings done for me using only playing cards. If the pips can stand alone, why not the trumps? http://www.tarot.com/about-tarot/pdf/minorarcana.pdf
- You are playing with fire whenever you dabble in the occult. each time you do a reading or get a reading, you will take on tormenting demons. and the rest of your life will be worse then it ever was. Because the devil does not like anyone,. but he likes to ensnare you. repent and get saved for the Name of Jesus is the only way to be free from demons.
- It can work and is useful for certain spreads. It just means that you have a smaller dictionary/vocabulary to work with.
- I feel that this OK but you will get far greater insights if you use the whole pack. The Minor Arcana fills in the day to day details of the issues that the Major Arcana cards speak of.
