AIDS Cured !..........................?

I request all here to answer My Question in reference to the saved life of a HIV patient Help me confirm if it is a Miracle, Mystery, Lie, Self Healing power of a Human Body, Spiritual Healing, Efficiency of Alternate Therapies, OR What more ? It is like reading NEWS backwards, A person clears HIV infection permanently without treatment "The headline news of mid-Nov of this year, when the British press announced that Andrew Stimpson, a 25-year-old with AIDS, had apparently been cured" "Diagnosed as HIV-positive three years ago, today he has no trace of the disease in his body - and yet, he’s had no medical treatment whatsoever." http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/4432564.stm He had ALL the symtoms then they went away!!!!!!!!!! Why can't we encourage the last remaining patients among our family & friends to live longer life with our Love, Words, Prayers, Spiritual power OR with vast options of Alternate Therapies for CURE?

2. The symptoms went away probably because his CD4 counts are above 500 and his Viral Load is low. Very often a person can have what is called "HIV Asymptomatic" which means that they still have the virus but there are no signs and symptoms of it other than the deformity of the red blood cells which it effects. With time and progression of the disease process, the Viral Load will get higher (more RBC's are effected) and his CD4 count will drop below 500 which means that he is closer to HIV developing into AIDS. Its a known fact that there is no cure what so ever for AIDS or HIV
