Do you think true spiritual healing is possible?

I believe Through Satan and His demons and meditation it is. Satan has healed people of drug addictions, and has filled many peoples lives with joy delight and comfort and has helped them turn from the ways of the street. I am a Spiritual Satanist what do you think. Is spiritual healing possible in your religion.
