How useful are psychic readings?

If you are a reader or have had a reading (tarot, or other) do you find that readings often just tell people what they already know? That the possibilities opened up in a reading don't help the person because they're not ready for them anyway? Or do you find the process useful (and how) ?

1. Not at all if you pay money.
2. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd have to say zero. I think "psychics" are 33 percent actors, 33 percent psychologists and 33 percent con artists.
3. Psychic readings are useless, because psychics do not exist.

6. We each have this Native Spiritual Ability or the ability to Know things. Some individuals are simply aware of having this ability. You are the one who should, observe, evaluate and decide on what is true for you or not true for you.See, the more you let others do this for you, the less able you will be to do it for yourself... 7. I am a tarot card reader..have been doing reading for quite some time now. a lot of times my cards have shown things people would have never expected. By telling the people what might be coming up they become ready for it! It is like if you know you are going to have an accident you most likely going to be careful on the road! Once it happened that a friend was going through a lot of failures and losses in his business One day without telling him, i read for him...it showed good signs..and eventually in 4 months time he is at his career best..so it happens that way too
8. I get readings done sometimes.. I think they are entertaining more than anything.. I don't actually believe that they can tell the future.. but somehow you always walk out with a fresh perspective on your life.. and thats pretty useful isn't it?
