1. Not to be discouraging, but it looks like you just picked up a bunch of cards out of a closet and called it a deck. Imean it is all over the place. Not to mention you even have some illegal cards in there. If these are all the cards you have then that is understandable because I used to be the same way before I satrted going to card tournaments and winning booster packs. If I was to make a rough guess at your deck then I would say you have the very begginings of a beat down deck. Just please do me a favor and take out some useless stuff like ookazi and dian keto. either one most likely won't help you win the game. I wish that I could do more. just hang in there and you'll get better.
2. it's a good start. but try making a themed deck. like, warriors, spellcasters, etc. also, try to have exactly 40 cards in your deck. 10 traps, 10 spells, 15 low-level monsters, 3 mid-level and 2 hih-level. good luck!
