What is the psychology of lady gaga and her vapid millions of fans?

any article on the b.s. act of 'lady gaga' - the psychology behind it. and what it says about the following. i mean, heck i could write a damn article about it. funny how the world works. brianwashing is such a potent material, you just have to wonder WHO is directing the pulsage. yes, brian washing.... afterword - i did find one article about how it is mostly a teen following. we call it "Celebrity worshiping syndrome." http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/alphabet-kids/201007/lady-gaga-and-her-10-million-facebook-friends-celebrity-worship-syndrome?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter However I am more interested in the basic core psychology is this phenomena because i don't think it is all teenagers that look up to her. that fact does disappoint me. i had more hope for the future. one would think with all the rage for new age readings (especially the ones on "how to become psychic!") would have substance and be worth all the money that Americans, especially, spend on them... But it is apparent that the opposite is true: people, teens, adults, children cannot see manipulation on a mass scale for what it is. Maybe we all, as a world, need to get out more. Experience is the best teacher, aye? (Not pop stars.) ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ As for the songs the Lady gaga team puts out for us, they use stripped properties from various sciences to manipulate the mind of the listener. Whether or not lady gaga the one-woman act herself is aware of that fact, is of course unknown (or, debatable).

1. In my (admittedly limited) experience, the appeal of Lady Gaga is in her social positioning. Although she is clearly insanely popular, the image she presents, and the image fans have of her, is one of an outsider. She seems "radical" and "unorthodox." Obviously, she is just as mainstream as Miley Cyrus, Justin Beiber, or any of the other pop icons of 2010, but as long as she can convince her fans that listening to her music will make them "edgy," she will continue to ride the two-sided appeal of getting to both pretend you're indie *and* be part of a comforting, consumerist mass. Haha. That's my rant. Hope it helped.

3. Her fans are most likely deluded. Lady Gaga is not a role model, she is indeed a fraud. Just my two cents. I dont want to get into it because quite frankly, she does not interest me.
4. Lady gaga has said in many interviews, that she was a self invented person, but she took a long time to get that way. She wants people to live in her bubble world, when everyone is down and someone says "remember the singer who never wore pants?" she wants everyone to live in a good moment
5. She presents a persona of fame, glamor and popularity. Look at the transition of her music. It is becoming more edgy. Her outfits are more over the top. Her antics, however, are very subdued. You never hear of her crashing parties or throwing wild parties. You don't see a lot of photos of her out clubbing. Odd for a pop star. She attends more high end events. "Fame Monster". This was an appropriate and is an appropriate name for her. She is seeking attention and manipulating at the same time. The key elements to her brand are: Hype, flash, bombastic videos of no substance just lots of sound and color, and pseudo meaning to her public life (i.e. the meat dress-oh for the love of god can't people see that was a publicity stunt). Her music is like you say, brain washing. It has a very deep pulsing rhythm, words with absolutely no meaning to which people try to assign meaning to. It's the kind of music you would subject someone to over and over to break them down. I know I can't listen to it very much. It is upbeat, but as I said in a prior post, not very original. If you also listen to all her earlier lyrics (Fame, Fame Monster) most of her songs have her name in them somewhere (Gaga). It is brainwashing the individual on a subliminal level to where you hear her name repeated in the lyrics several times (Bad Romance, Just Dance, maybe Paparazzi and I think Poker Face).
6. Hello You have to remember that this person is a mind controlled multiple personality human being whose purpose is very sinister when it comes to the music and controlling others minds and behaviour.
