scary dream please help?

This dream was very detailed so this might get long. I just want to start out by saying im 14 weeks pregnant with my second baby and that it might have something to do with it. Okay so first it started off i was in what seemed like New York city in this dream i felt like i was there. I went into a place that was a nail/fortune teller place (ive never been to a fortune teller) And i was sitting in one of those pedicure chairs when she began to read my palm. She said not to order a pizza today because i would win a free pepperoni pizza 2 marrow. (this sounds crazy but please keep reading) then she said i would meet a new girlfriend (friend) and that we would be very close. Then all of the sudden While in the salon/fortune tellers place i had what seemed like a vision i was still in the salon but i saw the ground turn to little stones and pebbles and there were torn apart dolls. Like pieces of them. So i told the fortune teller what happend and she took a picture. And on this screen were 3 ghosts around me. Children it seemed like 2 boys and girl and i told her that i was sorry what happend to her dolls. Then this part gets tricky and scary. I saw a cartoonish looking pig. Start throwing things everywhere. Then this guy who was i guess was a palm reader or new about these things was there. And i just wanted to say that my boyfriend was outside waiting for me. Then the guy said these three ghosts were demons. I saw there eyes turn yellow red. And then all the sudden this guy tried to get them away from me. I asked him if i was going to be okay he said no so i asked him if i was going to die and he said yes. And then i asked him who was going to kill me and he said one of the guys out there he pointed outside and there were a gang of thugs like standing next to a van looking at me. it was so detailed i saw all there faces the van everything. And then there was this one guy. He looked to be spanish or latin decent he was tan kind of short and he was leaning against the van (i saw this through the palm readers door) he had a new jersey devils shirt on (kinda weird) and was staring at me. This guy told me i was going to do and so was my hubby and his dad. I asked if my son would die he said yes so i went to the lady fortune teller and she said no he would be fine. So at this point my boyfriend is in the salon place with me. They told us seven people would die. Then all of the sudden the guy in the devils shirt told his son to come see me. His son must have been maybe 4 (my sons age) and he was covered in blood. And i asked why and his dad told his son to go clean up and kind of hit him in the head slighty with his cap. Then i walked back in the store and saw a demon covered in a full black robe take my hubbys mom so fast i could barely see. then i woke up. this is long but im freaked out! please help
