In an individual spread, it means obsession, etc. In a couples spread, it means something totally different; it means that your partner is highly sexed and that this is a major reason why your together. Which is why the advice says to put your feelings aside and use.logic to decide if this is the kind of relationship you want- the inference there is that your so.wrapped up in the lust that you can mistake it for love. Personally, I think that reading is just a little preachy and patronizing. The devil card is a fantastic card to get in a marriage or couples spread because it usually signifies the reoccurance of lust, an essential component of a long term relationship.
