What does The World tarot card mean in a career reading?

So my question is if the career I'm currently undertaking will be successful, an I keep getting the world card as my outcome, sometimes it would pair up with The Star. Also whenever i sleep, I keep dreaming of te numbers 3 and 9. Anyone know what it means????
