Can someone read tarot cards?

Just as a time-killer, my friend and I did a tarot card reading to see how my relationship with the person I like would go... I drew The Empress, The Hanged man, and the Lovers. Can anyone tell us what this means?

3. It would be difficult as one would have to be there at the time. Why play with the cards if you don't have a book of interpretation?

5. I am a beginner & I have loaned out my book You can easily look up the meanings on Google though Your friend should not have the cards if they don't have something reliable that helps them interpret them
