what is the meaning of this love reading tarot cards?

I have three cards pulled but I do not understand what it means it was a love reading Past- The five of cups present- Page of cups Future- strength I am currently single and just started dating but there was no spark for me.

If our futures are already pre-determined, then the exact same tarot cards should come out again, in the exact same order. So, did they? 99.999% of the time the same cards will NOT appear & they will most definitely NOT come out in the exact same order. Now why could that be???
