Any clairvoyants on here today who can help? It's about strange happenings in my house...?

I moved into this small, ordinary bungalow 2 years and 5 months ago. I have never felt anything untoward here, yet when I sublet the basement to a female student last spring, she became more and more depressed and stopped doing everything even cleaning up after herself. Recently I find myself depressed too and some odd things are happening in the house. They may be explainable due to the old wiring (from 1949) and the fact that the house has been used and abused by tenants over the past twenty years. But now a friend has pinpointed he feels something strange may be in the house. Another reader suggested trying to look into the home's history. A psychic off Keen advised she felt an elderly couple spiritually in the house, but claimed their energy was sweet. I think she was picking up on my parents who are still living and come to the house often to help me with odd jobs. The rent is very cheap for a house in this area...do you feel something bad happened in the house? I am not sure how to find out, I can try going to the library in the area but do not have access to the deed or anything to look up more information. I was told the house was built in 1958 but it seems older to me, the electrical panel says 1949 and it still has only 60 amp service with extra service panels and fuses. Anything you can pick up? I have pretty much made up my mind to move out now, but depending on what I discover that may crystallize one way or the other.

1. Look into this for your self and you will find the answer, go to your local library to look up the local history or seek out a local historian in person. Do not how ever listen to clairvoyants and the such like, they will lead you down the wrong path, away from God. The Bible is very clear on this subject. 2. Hello, might not be to your taste but here goes any way.. Don't be mislead by people that say they know this sort of thing I.E psychics and clairvoyants, total rubbish, nothing to it at all. If I were you I would be looking in the books and local history, local historians or other people that might know the area and what has go on around the area. The information that you get this way you will know to be the truth and actual fact based in the real world. Might not be what you wanted to hear but I hope that it helps you in some small way.
