Are love horoscopes even worth reading?

I'm a Capricorn female and I've read numerous horoscope websites all saying that my best/perfect match would be Scorpio or Taurus and I haven't formed any good bonds what so ever with either sign male or female. I feel better vibes from Cancer,Aries and Libra in friendships and relationships. I've also read that because Cancer is my opposite, that creates some form of attraction. My F.w.b is a Cancer guy and eveything goes so smoothly especially after dark action lol. SO are the love horoscopes rubbish or do the just affect people differently like those who go against the grain?

3. No. Horoscopes are designed to be so vague and give so little information, that you can apply it to any aspect of your life, and have it be true.

7. Probably not and I'm an astrologer. Here is how they work: a trine is an aspect of 120 degrees and is said to be a "soft" aspect or beneficial. A sextile is an aspect of 60 degrees and is said to be soft and beneficial. So You are "a Capricorn." the signs that are trine to Capricorn or 4 signs away are other earth signs, Taurus and Virgo. The water signs are 60 degrees away, Scorpio and Pisces. Therefore this stuff says, you are compatible with the signs more than the others. The problem is this: Astrology is not that simple. In addition to the Sun which was in Capricorn when you were born, the Moon, your ascendant or rising sign and the ruler of the rising sign, plus some other stuff all work to make you you. To isolate the Sun and limit yourself to a handful of other Sun signs is foolish. Human relationships are far more complicated than that. An astrologer might be able to narrow down a bit the kind of person with whom you could be most compatible, if he had an accurate birth chart, but even that requires work. People around here looking for compatibility are mostly lovesick teenage girls looking for hassle free relationships. It doesn't work that way. If you have a chart the smart thing to do is find the strongest planet in your chart that is in a good house (anything other than 6, 8 or 12) figure out what that means and look for a person who fits that description and work on that. Everyone with that description won't be good for you, but when you find one that is, and you work at it, things will work out for you.
