1. Wow your deck is better than my one but it's good on my deck that I got all elemental heroes, but you might need pot of greed because it gives two card but a very good deck of aliens, Sakuretsu armour and Raigeki are good cards so I will say your deck is 9/10 A very good deck, I'm a yu-gi-oh fan
2. Seems pretty decent to me. You'd probably have a few wins with it, but consider altering it around my Alien deck. It wins 60% of the time. I know that doesn't sound too good, but I would still consider alterations to your deck if I were you.
