Need help finishing up a sexy game I'm trying to create.?

Everyone has to remember the origami Fortune Tellers we used to make back in school? Well I made one the other day, and wanted to create an adult game out of it. But I can't really make up my mind on what I need to do. I was thinking about body parts on the four pieces on the outside, but that narrows it down too much I think. Not enough options. But anyway, I'll figure that part out. What I need help with is coming up with the little sexy commands I'll put under the numbers. Maybe I'll just have my husband pick a body part before I read him whats underneath. I know some simple things I could put, but I want something a little more surprising.
