1. All of us can do this simply by smiling. If you are referring to some sort of magical physical transformation--I have never seen it and doubt it happens.
2. No. Only the devil would even think of anything of that nature. And the people that practice are going to be amazed at what happens when they find out what they are messing with. You will too, if you keep playing around with something that is not to be played with.
