Are online psychics for real?

I am dying to know if i'm having a girl or boy so I went online to a free psychics. There were so many psychics so I asked a few of them. One said girl, two said boy but the one paused said she also sees a girl asked if I was having twins I said no so she went back to saying boy. The others said to ask a doctor or pay for a real reading. I am having a ultrasound soon to find out but the wait is driving me crazy. So my question is are online psychics fake? People please don't be rude this site is for us to ask questions not to be ridiculed

I sometimes, in writing a message can tune in to someone and even get messages from loved ones of theirs that have passed, I am not trying to do this, but it happens sometimes, the last time I did it the person who was depressed said they cried at the message, I too, almost cried as the emotion and love that came through from this persons loved ones touched my heart.
