Where can I find, or commission the creation of, silver medallions with symbols of the major arcana?

Looking to complete a costume of Halloween, otherwise known as Gabriel Kennedy Hall, from Nick Sagan's Idlewild, where he has medallions inscribed with the symbols of the 22 major arcana from a deck of tarot cards. If I could find an online shop that handles custom work for a decent price that would be awesome.
