Hello i filed a complaint with the bbb against the asknow.com and they retaliated against me and closed my acc?

I have spoke with the director of the company and she blocked my account from every network they own that is affiliated with ask now. I do know psychic d anne is from the uk and is very popular,but everytime i put her name in the search box it takes me to ask now or one of her affiliates. Does anyone know how to contact her or know her last name? Hello i filed a complaint with the bbb against the asknow.com and they retaliated against me and closed my account and told me I can no longer be a customer anymore because I complained on them. They barred me from all their affiliated networks and I really missed talking to psychic d anne. She is a wonderful british psychic. Does anyone know of any other way to get a hold of her,thats not affiliated with asknow.com?

1. Either the psychic is 'real' = so will know how to keep your banned or they are 'fake' (in which case maybe you can get past the ban) Seems to me, they are real enough to keep you out :-)
