Who owns and operates the phone sex site Niteflirt?

I know Niteflirt was opened and operated by Ingenio, but AT&T now owns Ingenio and I guess their stock holders weren't to happy about it being affiliated with a phone sex site. I know Ingenio runs a site called Keen (which deals with advice and psychics). I worked on Niteflirt 2007-2010. They had a transition (when Ingenio split) and had to change the platform. Nothing has been the same since. So how do I find out who is currently running and operating Niteflirt now? Wikipedia offers info that I already know. **This is a serious question so kindly refrain from rudeness, nastiness and or making judgments. I found a Canadian trademark request for Niteflirt by NF Entertainment, which at the time was incorporated in Delaware but with a California mailing address, that dates back to 2003.
