How to dress like a fortune teller?

I wanna be a fortune teller this year and I need really good ideas on how to dress I'm going to a character parade and I need a costume idea for a not-so- inappropriate outfit pls help!

1. I would best describe a fortune teller (and/or) Gypsies outfit to look like a female pirate BUT with brighter colors. Maybe a head shall, lots of tacky jewelery....like reeeally tacky.. and of course...the crystal ball..
2. Long skirt , sash around the waist, bracelets,rings.....turban on bead.Oh, don't forget to wear blue eye shadow and arch your eye brows real sharp...like you are staring out to no where..Hope this helps..
